你好！Greetings to you! I am Rilla from Taiwan. Are you confused about the method of learning Chinese? Or Are you almost giving up learning Chinese from the textbook fully by yourself? I’ll help you achieve your goal and maintain your motivation at the same time. I will design a customized lesson plan for you!

I'm a certificated/experienced language teacher. Furthermore, I love teaching online and I’m keen on discovering practical tools to help you learn Chinese in fun and easier ways. I am a helpful, friendly, and observant teacher who will conceive the befitting ways for you to learn Chinese.

I have a BA degree in English and MA degree in Taiwan Literature. If you want to know more about Taiwan, I should be your best guide to know the passionate Formosa Taiwan. I love traveling, art, watching movies, and meeting cultures as well as languages from different countries.

I have taught both English and Chinese since college. I still remember the first joy when I successfully passed on language knowledge to my students. Some of my foreign students also become my friends. Besides, I’m glad to find they are capable of using the Chinese ability they learned in Chinese-speaking occasions, countries, or with their partners, and family.

In my lesson, I will customize a lesson plan to your interests, like film, music, travel, or the topics you are interested in. You will have your own lesson plan combined with your interest to achieve your goal in learning Chinese.

🌿 Learn Chinese from Our Daily Conversations

☞ In my lesson, we will have a relaxing Chinese conversation depending on your level. (so don’t worry if you are a beginner in learning Chinese)

During our conversation, I will find out and emphasize some keywords and then teach you how to use them. Learning from the conversation we have will help you memorize and understand the language usage thoroughly.

🌲 Spiral Approach: to Reach a More Proficient Conversation

☞ In every class, I will review the notes I sorted out from the previous class. The prior knowledge will be utilized when we return to a topic we talked about before. By doing this, you may increase the depth & explore more conversational content and complexity.
